Land Gate
The main entrance to the fortified old town, the Land Gate is embellished with a stone carving of the Lion of St. Mark’s (the symbol of Venice) above its arch. The gate is also guarded by the 15th-century Revelin Tower, which houses a small exhibition dedicated to the Moreška Sword Dance, with unpredictable opening hours. From here, the town’s main thoroughfare, Korčulanskog Statuta, runs all the way to the tip of peninsula.
