This is another hotel conversion of a 19th-century palace, but all the same a very welcome addition to accommodations options in the luxury bracket. Architect Józef Pokutyński’s opulent Ostaszewski Palace was completed in 1895, but sadly allowed to decay after World War II. Its recent renovation has seen it transformed into 24 four-star rooms in soothing pastel colors, all with heated bathroom floors, some with separate showers and tubs. A sauna is also provided, while the restaurant, bar and patio are done out in similar historic style.
