Deerfield Lodge at Heavenly
Family-owned, pet-friendly Deerfield Lodge may only offer 12 units, but each one provides a spacious, luxurious retreat. There are 10 750-square-foot suites, each featuring two full bathrooms, living room space with leather furniture, and a kitchen or kitchenette; the two non-suite accommodations offer fireplaces, rainfall shower heads in the granite and slate bathrooms, Keurig coffee machines, and ultra-plush king beds with down comforters. Complimentary wine, coffee and hot chocolate are available by a cozy fireplace in the lobby which is open each day from 9am to 5pm. At check-in guests receive a breakfast basket filled with fruits and snacks, but even better are all the eating options within walking distance, including Tahoe favorites like Cafe Fiore and Blue Angel Cafe. The Heavenly Ski Resort is also nearby, and a shuttle stops conveniently at the property.
