Even though it has moved to a bigger, more high-profile location, Stoney’s still feels like the bad boy of country music clubs in Vegas, at least when compared to the more tourist-centric (and therefore “safer”) Gilley’s. It’s a friendly enough place, but it definitely draws more locals than visitors, which may or may not be a plus depending on your point of view. There’s a big dance floor, nightly dance lessons, a mechanical bull, and frequent drink specials that keep it affordable. It’s open nightly from 7pm until late.
