You might wonder why we’d include a food court in a Vegas guide book when there are plenty of food courts in malls around the country. To put it mildly: decision fatigue. Sometimes you just want to eat, and not think too hard about it, or you just have a taste for one thing but don’t want to pay through the nose or sit through a whole experience to get it. Formerly the Cypress Street Marketplace, this assortment of casual eateries got a facelift, then a name change, and added a few nationally recognized brands: Earl of Sandwich, Graeter’s Ice Cream, Smashburger, DiFara Pizza from Brooklyn, even Philip’s Seafood all the way from Maryland. Sure it’s fast food, but at least it’s not your usual suspects.
