Slowly but surely, Gordon Ramsay is taking over the Las Vegas Strip. His most casual (and smallest) concept so far, the Fish & Chips joint is straight out of the UK, down to the newspaper wrap for crunchy filets of fish and copious piles of chips (or French fries, on this side of the pond). Its Linq location makes it a prime stop for a midday snack, so expect long lines to order at the walk-up counter. As such, seating is quite limited as well indoors, with some outdoor standing counter for street-side people watching as you tuck into some of the lightest fish in town. Yes, you can get this same exact dish at his Pub across the street at Caesars Palace, but this version comes with a side of authentic English ambiance, just less accents.
