Planning a trip to Leiden

Getting There -- Up to eight trains per hour run from Amsterdam Centraal Station to Leiden Centraal Station. The ride takes around 35 minutes, and the round-trip fare is 20€. Visitor Information -- VVV Leiden, Stationsweg 26 (tel. 071/516-6000;  www.leiden.nl), is just outside the rail station. The office is open Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, and Sunday 11am to 3pm.
