Yves Brayer Museum
Born in Versailles, figurative painter Yves Brayer (1907–90) was enchanted with the landscapes of Provence. This compact museum, located within Les Baux’s 16th-century Hôtel de Porcelet, showcases the artist’s oils, watercolors, and drawings of everyday life, created during the first half of the 20th century. Each summer, the museum also hosts a small temporary exhibition, such as 2018’s homage to Paul Signac, the pointillist who painted St. Tropez.
