The Lodge on Little St. Simons Island

Accommodation on the island comprises six rustic but comfy cottages, tucked beneath the oaks inside the main lodge compound (all fully air-conditioned with real fireplaces for the winter). Rates include three full meals daily, all snacks and beverages, unlimited use of activities and recreation gear, and the boat transfer to/from the island. The most historic cottages are the Hunting Lodge, dating back to 1917, with exposed wood walls and floors, and rustic timber beds, and Helen House, a tabby structure built in 1928, with plantation-style rooms featuring exposed beams, antique beds, and period furnishings.
