Rekhmire was a governor under Tuthmosis III and Amenhotep II, and came from a long line of governors. I don't find that the paintings in his tomb have the same charm as those in Nakht's and Menna's (above), but the depictions of foreign tribute and various kinds of labor are probably more important to understanding the politics of ancient Egypt. Sennofer was an agricultural official and mayor of Thebes during Amenhotep II's reign. The lower area of his tomb is decorated with vines.
