Temple of Seti I

This ruined temple is slightly odd in that it's dedicated not only to the ruler who started but did not finish it, Seti I, and the ruler who did finish it, Ramses II, but a third ruler who had nothing at all to do with it, Ramses I, whose rule predated Seti I's but was so short that he didn't have time to build his own facility. It has been sadly depleted, as much by the local habit of using it as a quarry as by weather and time. The walls of the ruined hypostyle hall have some excellent relief carvings, however, showing both Ramses II and Seti I with the gods.
