Cornamusa Cibeles

In 2024, the Azotea group, which excels at fashionable rooftop restaurants, revitalized the dining spaces within the enormous Palacio de Cibeles. Cornamusa is the flagship, with a 6th-floor terrace that offers glorious views across the city. The cuisine is artfully modern while paying tribute to Madrid’s down-to-earth culinary traditions in dishes like tripe (callos a la madrileña) and huevos rotos—egg and fries topped with truffles and mixed at your table. There are plenty of ways to enjoy it at reasonable prices. You could go for tapas and cocktails, or a hearty one-pot dish to share, but the best value option is the daily prix fixe lunch menu that includes an aperitivo, a starter, and a main course, plus bread and a drink. Add an optional pudding and a fine lunch in this privileged setting will set you back barely 30€.
