Tucked into one corner of Plaza del Siglo, this unprepossessing little eatery resembles an American quiche bar of the 1980s—except that the food is a lot better. The menu consists of about a dozen tapas, ranging from a pincho de tortilla to ceviche to a half-dozen shrimp grilled with garlic. Add a few variations on green salad, a range of fresh and aged cheeses, and a couple of variations on small pieces of grilled meat, and you have the full picture. Prices are excellent, service is quick, and the food is some of the best of its kind, making La Bouganvilla a great spot to grab a bite if you’re shopping your way across Málaga.
