Hotel Nantipa
Submerged in 2.3 hectares of lush, beachfront jungle, Nantipa is a small, intimate resort at the southern end of Santa Teresa near Playa Carmen. Guests choose between cushy bungalows and ultra-luxurious 3-bedroom villas, some equipped with private plunge pools on their oversized terraces, others with outdoor showers. Décor is very of-the-moment, featuring lots of Scandinavian-looking blond wood built-ins, mixed with tropical wicker furniture and fringed hammocks, all in a soothing array of neutral colors. Note that the living room spaces have daybeds, making them a convenient option for families.
