Noted pastry chef Bruce Kretschmer rules this shopping center roost, where bread is baked daily on premises and fresh seafood is delivered fresh six days a week. Kretch has created a sinfully rich seafood strudel by combining shrimp, crab, scallops, cheeses, cream, and broccoli in a flaky Bavarian pastry and served under lobster sauce. It’s available as either an appetizer or an entree. The lunch and dinner menu run the gamut from barbecued baby back ribs and pan seared shrimp with sambal oelek chili sauce to a Wisconsin cheese and charcuterie platter. A 20-seat bar offers happy hour specials daily.
