Formerly the Martha’s Vineyard Museum (which moved to its new home in Vineyard Haven) the previous Edgartown site, the Thomas Cooke House, will remain open as a historic house beginning in summer 2020. This shipwright-built Colonial, dating to between 1720 and 1740, was home to the U.S. Customs collector, Thomas Cooke.
