In 1602, the first barley in the New World was grown on Martha’s Vineyard. The Vineyard’s only brewpub features eight locally made beers on tap ($4–$7). It’s an attractively rustic place, with high ceilings, oak booths lining the walls, and peanut shells strewn on the floor. Local acoustic performers entertain 6 nights a week in season.
