It may have been one of Kaanapali’s first properties in the late 1960s, but this 10-acre condo complex still manages to feel new. Developed in an era when real estate was abundant and contractors built to last, each spacious, individually owned unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and outstanding ocean and mountain views. Studios are a roomy 660 square feet, with a king or queen bed plus a sofabed; larger units in the two-story (no elevator) buildings are a great choice for active families. It’s set on Kaanapali Golf Course, not on the beach, but guests have exclusive use of a beachfront pavilion on North Kaanapali, aka Kahekili Beach. It’s a quick trip by car or golf cart. You’re also within walking distance of excellent and affordable restaurants at Whalers Village or the Fairway Shops—a real bonus in otherwise pricey Kaanapali. Note: Contact info and prices below are for the 87 units managed by Outrigger; other units may be rented via VRBO or different platforms. Grocery service and daily housekeeping are optional; the daily resort and cleaning fees sadly are not.
