The concept for this family favorite is certainly fun—make your own pancakes on tabletop griddles—but the food is actually pretty good, too, with everything made from scratch, minimal processed foods, and biscuits baked in house. While kids will enjoy choosing which batter to use (choices include chocolate, buttermilk, gluten-free/vegan, strawberry shortcake) and which “fixins” and toppings to fancy up their flapjacks (mango, papaya, peanut butter chips, etc.), adults will appreciate the quality cocktails with Maui-distilled Ocean Vodka, housemade syrups, and fresh ingredients.
