You’re in for a treat if designer and owner Bronwyn Nicholson is in the store when you pop by. A witty ginger who’s as fun as her asymmetrical, often sculptural, playfully chic clothes, she’ll size up your body type and then quickly pull out a raft of clothing so unique and so becoming you likely won’t walk out empty handed (though the pieces can be quite pricy). Most of the clothing is black and white and though some of it flirts with androgeny, it's always figure flattering. Nicholson is not only a Melbourne native, but she also makes the garments at a small factory in town, so you’re supporting the city’s fledgling fashion industry when you shop here.
