Don't be fooled by the name: Rizzo's isn't a diner in the traditional sense (at least not like the grungy, neon-lit Arcade across the way). Instead, white tablecloths and servers in Oxford shirts make if feel like a French bistro. It's a little hard to find among the hodgepodge of South Main restaurants, galleries, and boutiques, but it's worth the hunt—particularly for brunch. The Southern-style eggs Benedict, with four generous slabs of pork loin and Cajun hollandaise, is phenomenal, and the "bananas Foster French toast" is probably something you should order for the table as dessert. For dinner, you can't go wrong with chorizo meatloaf, which comes drizzled with green-tomato gravy and accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes, or the Cajun-seasoned chicken potpie.
