This looks like a shopping mall food court, but the food is better, in part because visitors get to play a hand in its preparation. We especially like the build-your-own breakfast burrito and omelet bar in the morning and the create-your-own sandwich bar for lunch. There's a pasta and salad buffet at dinner, plus a variety of regional specialties such as the Navajo taco.
