Hotel TRH Mijas
This was one of the pioneer hotels of the Mijas hillside, built in the 1970s before the Mijas-Costa developments got underway. It has great ocean views from most public areas as well as the guest rooms. You might consider this hotel for the pleasant grounds where you can sit around at tables sipping drinks in the brilliant sun (or beneath an umbrella), leaving it to others to sweat it out on the beach. If you’re driving, it can actually be a good spot for touring the region.
