You might not expect an Irish pub to be worth its colcannon if it's attached to a Holiday Inn, but The Liffey is a reputable establishment. With an authentic bar and accouterments straight from Ireland, it has the mettle to serve as a fine place for a beer and some food before or after an event at the nearby Xcel Energy Center. During the summer months, the rooftop patio opens up and it's a good place to convene with friends. The pub has a gluten-free menu available; curiously enough, one of the best things the kitchen serves is the veggie burger, made in-house with quinoa, wild rice, a mix of seasonal vegetables, and a spicy rémoulade.
