This locals-only find is one of the best—not to mention cheapest—places to find barbajuans, the Monégasque national dish of ravioli stuffed with ricotta and chard. A tea room-cum-bistro, it’s ever popular with ladies who lunch (and shop) on the boulevard des Moulins. Le Loga’s Italian chef busts out home-made saffron gnocchi, brésaola pressed beef, and carpaccio of local seabass with crispy hazelnuts. Dine inside the hipster tearoom interior or outside on the south-facing street terrace.
