Auberge Saint-Pierre

You’ll be sleeping in an official historic monument in this 15th-century half-timbered inn. While the rooms are on the small side, their exposed ceiling beams and half-timbered walls make them immensely comfortable and cozy. Rooms are divided between the Chapeau Blanc Logis, a secluded former fisherman’s cottage a few minutes’ (uphill) walk from the hotel, and the Logis, which has small terraces with gorgeous views. The restaurant is an impossibly romantic place, with an enormous fireplace and a little courtyard garden (where breakfast is served). Fixed-price menus cost from 27€ to 68€, which include lobster from neighboring Brittany, and the famously fluffy Mont-St-Michel omelet.
