Montpellier Méditerranée Airport (www.montpellier.aeroport.fr) is 11km (7 miles) southeast from the center and has flights from Paris, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, and North Africa, among other destinations. Trains arrive regularly from Avignon, Marseille, Toulouse, Perpignan, and other towns. The city is on the TGV line that goes from Paris to Perpignan and eventually to Barcelona.
