In the historic old town, with a view of the cathedral from the spacious garden, this pretty restaurant makes you feel you’ve made a discovery, even though it’s a favorite of locals and visitors in the know. In 2022, chef Clément Gueudré took over the reins of the 100-year-old establishment, which includes both a gastronomic restaurant and a bistro. At the former, the menu might include smoked eggplant cannelloni topped with spicy tomato jam or meagre fish from the Mediterranean with beluga lentil risotto. The bistro’s more casual dishes come in an excellent set lunch menu of one course plus a café gourmand (espresso with mini desserts) for 29€.
