Here, a young, stylish crowd piles into the bar of this brasserie during happy hour and doesn’t seem to leave (a DJ keeps revelers moving with nonstop techno-pop). The menu has a large selection of shareable appetizers such as fried calamari and chicken wings, but the real focus is on beef. There’s an array of well-crafted burgers and AAA-grade cuts of such as New York strip and bone-in filet mignon that will delight any carnivore.
