Apart from the name, you’d never know that this restaurant is run largely by students from the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec. The menu reflects of-the-moment experimentation by beginner chefs and is presented by warm and eager wait staff in training. For value, try the C$20 three-course lunch (served weekdays) or the C$25 and C$35 three-course dinners (Tues–Wed evenings). Floor-to-ceiling windows and louvered wooden blinds add elegance to the comfortable dining room. Upstairs is a training hotel at a remarkably good value.
