This hotel comes with a great central location, right on Tverskaya Street, and has everything you can expect from an upscale Marriott—great service, good rooms, a nice gym, a pool, and spa. The metro is close, and many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The lobby area feels cozy, with leather chairs, marble floors, glass elevators, and a lobby bar and restaurant. Service is friendly and surprisingly efficient. Rooms are large and clean, although somewhat bland, with the signature Marriott green carpeting and furniture in unremarkably patterned upholstery. The only downside is the internet, which costs a princely $10 an hour, or about $30 a day.
