Jedermann means “everyman,” and that translates here into a range of affordable rooms in different sizes and configurations (several rooms can be connected) and a convenient if not particularly picturesque location within easy walking distance of the train station. This pleasant, family-run hotel, established over 50 years ago, offers plain but comfortable rooms with solid wooden beds, usable work desks, and decently sized closets. Most of the rooms have roomy, shower-only bathrooms. Cheaper rooms with in-room showers but toilets down the hall also are available. The hotel serves a particularly large breakfast buffet. All in all, for central Munich this is a fantastic deal in terms of value, room size, and location.
