When this century-old restaurant moved to its current location in the Altstadt, it brought its wood-paneled interior with it. The cooking is light and refined, with a French influence, but several traditional Bavarian dishes also are on the menu. Special offerings include herb-crusted lamb, beef filet, lobster stew in a cream sauce, and seasonal dishes with white truffles. The desserts are sumptuous.
