This is the affordable family resort, right on the beach but a long walk from the center of town. It’s old, but generally clean: try and look at your room before accepting it, if you can; the hotel is gradually renovating but some rooms are still stuck in the 1980s. As with the other beachfront hotels, paying extra for an oceanfront room, as high up as possible, is well worth it. Kids, as always, will love the amenities, from the hot tubs, lazy river, and pools (the outdoor area is most fun), to the pool tables, grill area, and especially the bowling alley.
