The Carolina Improv company has been doing its thing since 2008, holding court four nights a week at a space over at the Myrtle Beach Mall. It's a small space (room for about 75, give or take), but with room enough for shows like "Whose Beach is it Anyway?", "Trashy Novel," and "50 Shades of Improv." Each 60-minute show has a different theme and most of the work tends towards the bawdy (this is improv, people), so it's definitely for over-18s and up. Most of the year, shows take place at 7:30pm. Beer and wine are served on premises, which rarely detracts from improv.
