Sleek and modern, Dune may seem at first a little out of place on Nantucket, but the chef-owner, Michael Getter, a longtime resident, knows what he’s doing. Lovely colorful choices here change with the seasons, but you will certainly see items on the menu you have never seen anywhere else. A spring offering might be a pea bisque with smoked mushrooms and ham with lavender yogurt. A grilled steak comes with bok choy and green garlic potato puree.
