This is really more of an experience than a restaurant. An intake of breath is the typical response as you walk into the dining room set right on a beautiful wide beach with views across the sand to the ocean. Salt breezes accompany your meal. You might expect a place this fabulous to have so-so food because people will come no matter what. But not so here. The menu is wonderfully summery. On the starter list, you might have cured salmon tartare with crème fraîche and caviar, or crab tortellini with fennel cream and ginger vinaigrette. As a main course, there is the luxurious warm lobster tail r the pork belly with roast parsnips and picked pear. This restaurant boldly prices most of its entrees in the 40-dollar-range; that delicious lobster tail is $59.
