Mention Cajun food and Nashville doesn't normally come to mind. But chef Darrell Breaux, his wife Linda, and their three sons (Get it? Three Breaux brothers) have been serving up solid if not spectacular gumbo, étouffée, and jambalaya in Music City since 1988. A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Darrell comes by the cuisine honestly, and he does a brisk lunch business (Bro's is open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays). Try the House Sampler for a satisfying mix of all the specialties.
