Top up a debit card (do this first; it’s easy to run up a jolt of a tab) and set to dispensing 1-, 2-, or 3-ounce pours of some 120 wines, covering many regions and varietals. Order some cheese or tapas, and grab a bottle or 3 for tomorrow’s dinner. Or lunch. They’re late risers here—open Monday and Tuesday 1pm to 10pm, Wednesday and Thursday 1pm to midnight, Friday and Saturday 1pm to 2am, and Sunday 2pm to 10pm.
