Mrs. Maisel would feel absolutely marvelous at this basement watering hole with a vibe lifted directly from late 1950’s New York City. The music played is largely jazz (sometimes from a small stage in the back); its looks are classic wine cellar, with arched brick nooks stuffed with bottles; and the waitstaff have a gee-shucks niceness from that kinder era. Note: the bar is unmarked and set in the basement of the Gran Tivoli restaurant.
