Be careful! People walk into this store and end up buying far more than they expected, from tiny “jewels” in the shape of anime figures to adorn smartphones (they are plugged into the hole atop), to Miss Kitty and/or Star Wars and/or Godzilla—well, everything. The store is catnip for those who love collectibles from the [’]80s and [’]90s, and it also has an unusually wide selection of blind boxes (a package from a line of toys that hides its contents, so you don’t know what you’re getting until you open it). With hundreds of fist-sized or smaller toys, it’s primo for stocking stuffers. And yes, there are a ton of Japanese toys here (as the name suggests).
