Trius Winery Restaurant

The seasonal menus here feature such dishes as Lake Huron pickerel with bacon-studded lentils du Puy and crisp pork belly served with blood sausage croquettes and Parmesan gnocchi. The starters are equally luxurious. In case the food isn’t enticing enough (and it should be), the winery also hosts special events throughout the year, including blues and rock concerts.
