The concept of hole-in-the-wall diner Panivore is simple: fresh, local, and organic ingredients are piled on top drawer French bread, then served for a song on an outdoor terrace. Sandwiches are a meal in themselves including the ‘Tristan’: stuffed with pickles, eggs and smoked herrings. For a few euros extra, guests can add a soup starter, small dessert and natural juice to their order.
