This is the bargain seafood offshoot from Michelin-starred Japanese chef Keisuke Matsushima. While dinner at his other high-end restaurant will easily top a hundred euros, here a lunch of soupe de poisson and sea bass with citrus oils will set you back a mere 18€. Though the food is far from Asian, Matsushima slices oysters, red mullet, and other seafood with a Japanese precision, resulting in rave reviews.
