This is the latest concept from chef Peter Merriman, one of the original Hawaii Regional Cuisine founders, and it’s a crowd pleaser. The kale salad and vegetable roasted plate are winners for vegetarians, while the prime rib and duck that come out of the rotisserie oven satisfy the carnivores.
