The Globe

A former movie theater, The Globe today is mostly a bar and restaurant. The stage area offers an intimate venue to listen to jazz or light rock music. Ask for a seat near the stage (perhaps not right next to it) if you're coming to listen and you may also order a drink, a snack, or a full meal. The menu includes everything from appetizers (try the mug of cream-of-crab soup) to desserts. Often, there's no cover.
