Spectator Sports in Ogden

Weber State University, southeast of downtown, belongs to the Big Sky Athletic Conference and the Mountain West Athletic Conference. Football games kick off at Stewart Stadium at the south end of campus, while basketball and women's volleyball take place at Dee Events Center, 4400 Harrison Blvd. (tel. 801/626-8500). Ogden also has a minor league baseball team. A short season "A" team affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Raptors play from mid-June to early September at Lindquist Field, 2330 Lincoln Ave. (tel. 801/393-2400; www.ogden-raptors.com).
