Hotel Indijan
On Orebić’s waterfront, this hotel has 19 rooms and suites, all with balconies affording fine views of Korčula across the deep blue Adriatic. Personally, I prefer the nearby Hotel Adriatic, which is more atmospheric, with antiques and exposed stonework. The rooms here are functional and comfortable, but nothing special, with wooden floors and the sea-view balconies being the absolute highlight. The Korta restaurant serves local fish and meat specialties on a palm-lined waterside terrace, while the Kolona café-bar offers local wines and exotic cocktails along with romantic sunsets. There’s a small spa centering on an indoor pool with a retractable roof.
