At first, the six-story hotel doesn’t look like much more than a concrete box the color of orange sherbet, but it’s got a number of advantages over other hotels. First, its location is near both Disney and plenty of restaurants on the westernmost stretch of quiet Palm Parkway. Rooms are spotless and come with microwaves and fridges, plus balconies made truly private by concrete walls. The pool, found out back where sounds of frolic at its one-story rock waterfall and short slide won’t disturb other guests, is open until midnight—ideal for postpark wind-downs. This old-school, reliable hotel comes with no surprises.
