Not everything is fake in Celebration, the Disney-built town just east of Walt Disney World. The original location of this palatial restaurant opened in Tampa in 1905, and this outpost bustles as boldly as its daddy. The hot, fresh Cuban bread is so delicious you’ll want to fill up on it, but don’t, because portions are giant. Tampa was a major arrival city for Cubans, and their tradition holds sway with flavorful grilled steaks and chicken, paella, mojitos, and sangria by the glass or pitcher. My favorite, the 1905 Salad, is mixed tableside with ham, cheese, lettuce, olives, greens, and a garlicky wine vinegar dressing that won’t help you consummate any courtships, but is deservedly on sale by the bottle in the gift shop. Dress code: Men must wear sleeves.
